Pre-Authorized Debit

How does it work?

We’ve partnered with Rotessa to offer families an easy solution to monthly tuition payments. Once you complete a pre-authorized debit form, we will submit it to Rotessa and your child’s monthly tuition will be automatically debited from your bank account on the 1st day of each month. Payments can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

How do I fill it out?

In the field labelled Amount, put the total amount of your child’s monthly tuition (not including any discounts or subsidies). If your child receives the Affordable Child Care Benefit subsidy or the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative, only the discounted rate will be withdrawn from your account.

In the field labelled Installments, put the number of months from the current month to the last month of enrollment, which is usually either June or August before your child leaves for Kindergarten. Or, leave this field blank and our director can fill it out for you.

The form must be delivered to us either in person or by email. Please use ink as digital signatures will be rejected.
