Do you offer full-day care?

No. Our preschool programs offer up to four hours of care per day. Preschool and daycare have different licensing requirements, even when a daycare offers preschool activities.

Can my child attend both morning and afternoon classes on the same day?

Your child can attend only one class per day at each location, for a maximum of four hours.

Some families attend a morning class at one location and an afternoon class at our other location. This is possible because each location has a separate licence. You must pick up your child after the morning class and arrange transportation to the afternoon class. Our staff cannot transport children between locations.

Do you accept government subsidies?

Yes! All enrolled families automatically receive the Child Care Fee Reduction.

If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident with a combined family income below $111,000 per year, you may also qualify for the Affordable Child Care Benefit. This benefit may further reduce your monthly fees.

What age groups do you accept?

Our preschool is primarily for children ages 3 to 5. We occasionally enrol up to two younger children per class of 20. These children must be at least 30 months old and turn 3 by the end of the calendar year.

Does my child need to be potty trained?

No. Your child does not need to be potty trained to attend our preschool. Every child develops at their own pace, and we want toilet learning to be a positive experience when they are ready.

Our teachers can change diapers as needed and support your child’s potty training at preschool. Parents take the lead at home, and we’re happy to work with you to provide consistent support.

How do I add my child to your waiting list?

Start by visiting our Contact page and sharing your child’s information. We’ll arrange a tour so you and your child can explore our preschool and meet our staff. After we’ve met your child, we’ll add them to our waiting list.

When your child is eligible and a spot becomes available, we’ll contact you with an offer. If you accept, an $85 deposit will hold the spot for up to 30 days before your child’s start date.

The deposit is applied to your first month’s tuition—it is not an additional fee.

What are your registration fees?

Registration and joining our waiting list are both free.

Are you fully licensed?

Yes. We are fully licensed under B.C.’s Community Care and Assisted Living Act and hold an operating permit from the City of Vancouver. Vancouver Coastal Health also conducts regular inspections of our facilities.

What are your business hours?

Our facilities are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays and scheduled closures.
